Who we are

Suited Hills Management is a trading name of Suited Hills Estates Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16323344), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Suited Hills Estates Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

Details you give us through our enquiry forms, by email, phone or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, email address, property address or postcode area, property type, the service you're interested in, how you heard about us, and anything you write in your message.
Information about how you use our website, such as pages visited and the type of device and browser you use, collected through Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a valuation or proposal for your property.
To follow up on your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp.
To prepare and manage any agreement we enter into with you.
To understand and improve how our website is used, if you've agreed to analytics cookies.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Our lawful basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, when you ask us for a valuation or proposal.
Legitimate interests, in following up on enquiries and running our business, in ways you'd reasonably expect.
Consent, for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation, where we must keep records, for example for tax.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that protect it:

Formspree, which delivers website enquiry forms to our inbox.
Google (Google Analytics), if you accept analytics cookies.
Our email, phone and WhatsApp providers, and our website host.
Professional advisers, such as our accountants or solicitors, and authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK's adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

If you make an enquiry but don't go ahead, we keep your details for up to 2 years so we can follow up, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as our agreement lasts and for up to 6 years afterwards, for legal and tax purposes.

Cookies

Our website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and, if you accept them, Google Analytics cookies that tell us how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies aren't set unless you click "Accept" in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask us to transfer it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email info@suitedhillsestates.com. We'll reply within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
